ORDERS


How do I place an order?

1- Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your basket, some of our products are configurable
2- Select a method , country and zone for the shipment
3- Introduce your shipping and billing info
4- Select a payment method
5- Send the order and complete payment

Will I receive a confirmation email?

When you finish your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the order information. Please check that you have received the email and that it has not been delivered to your SPAM folder.

Can I get information about my order?

You can get information about your current and previous orders by going to “my account”. You can access this using the email and password entered at the time of registration.

How do I cancel an order?

Send an email quoting the order number and the reason for cancellation as briefly as possible. We will cancel the order and return the money using the same payment method used for the purchase

Is my purchase secure?

We work with secure servers (SSL), making it impossible for third parties to access your data or your Pay Pal or credit card account data. We are also registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency database, complying with the regulations in such a way as to guarantee and protect your information from being used in any ways other than those you have authorized.

Which products are available?

All the available products are displayed on the website. Our products are not synchronised with stock so discrepancies may occur entre. Please do not hesitate to contact us and ask us if you are looking for a particular product not present in our website.


PAYMENTS


Credit card

Payment is made via a secure server (SSL). Your credit card information is sent directly to your bank via a secure, encrypted connection.
All banks have their own security system: some request an additional password while others send out a secret code by SMS. Contact your bank for information about the procedure.
Nobody at our online store or on the Internet has access to your credit card data in any way, either during the payment or subsequently. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal

PayPal enables payments to be sent and received securely and free of charge as long as you have an email address. By selecting "Pay with PayPal” you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will be able to authorise the payment provided you have opened an account

Bank transfer

If you select payment by bank transfer, you will need to confirm the order via an email that we will send to the email address that you used to register with MotoGP Store. Once confirmed, your order is reserved for a period of 48 working hours pending your deposit of the money at a bank or via bank transfer. If you do not confirm the email or do not arrange the bank transfer or deposit at a bank within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

SHIPMENT


How do I check the status of my shipment?

Go to “my account” and click “Historical orders” to check information about your order. When the goods are sent you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track its progress.

How long does delivery take?

·The orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 7.00 to 15.00 (CET). Orders placed on Fridays after 15:00 (CET) are processed the following Monday.

·Delivery times vary depending on the product due to differences in manufacturing processes, you can check the estimated delivery time at the checkout cart or going to "my account"

Spain deliveries*:
·Between 24 and 48 hours from the time the courier collects the shipment.

UE deliveries**:
·European Union: approximately 5-15 days.

Delivery to the rest of the world**:
·Delivery to the rest of the world takes between 8 and 20 days (excluding customs delays***).

* Shipments within Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) We send shipments to the Canary Islands as well.

** To find out how long delivery will take to your country, select the products that interest you, add them to your cart and go to the payment page. You will be able to see the various delivery times and costs to your country.

*** Customs tariffs and rulings:
Shipments outside the European Union may incur a tariff to enter the destination country, depending on the legislation of the country concerned. In these cases it is the owner of the shipment who pays the duties to the shipper or the relevant authorities. It is also the customer’s responsibility that the shipment contains the necessary information and is appropriate for passing through customs. If the shipment does not pass the frontier, it will be returned to the warehouse and payment will be refunded


RETURNS/REFUNDS


What is the return policy?
You can return the products purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can request a refund or a replacement with merchandise with the same value.

Only returns of products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- Items should be returned in the same condition they were delivered and shall be kept as far as possible with their original packaging and labeling.
- items returned without its original package will not be accepted. Unless it suffered damage during transportation or was an erroneous product.

How do returns work?

The procedure for returning a product starts with an e-mail to info(at)termometros.com with the order data, customer identification, reason for return and a photo of the product at the reception in case of defective material.

Is the return free?

In case of sending wrong or defective product the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product will not entail any cost to the customer. Otherwise the customer will pay the shipping costs.

How are refunds processed?

We refund the money using the same system used for payment. Bear in mind that the amount can take a couple of days to appear in your credit card or PayPal account. In the event of having paid by bank transfer, you will need to give us the details of your bank account to be able to process the refund of the amount concerned.


COOKIES


Cookies are small text files that a web site transfers to a site visitor's computer for added functionality, or for tracking web site usage. We do not use cookies in order to gather personal information such as a person's name or e-mail address, other than during the purchase and checkout process. Cookies are only used to collect strictly necessary information during the shopping process, and to add goods to your online shopping account.
