Purchase process, (Once an item has been included in the cart):

  1. Selected items can be edited, changed the quantity to buy or deleted. The destination country will determine the cost of shipping, delivery time and payment of taxes. At this point, the Customer can "Request a quote" or continue with the purchase.

The delivery time will be confirmed via e-mail after placing the order. The delivery times of the merchandise are indicative. Items "In Stock" will be managed within 24 hours from the time of order. The transport times depend on the place of destination. These times can be consulted when determining the destination of the shipment in your shopping cart. All the instruments manufactured by Gesa Termometres, S.L. They have a two-year warranty. This warranty will cover defects in any of the components or manufacturing. During this period, products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Instruments that have not been manufactured by Gesa Termometres, S.L. They will be subject to a 12-month warranty period. Such warranties do not apply to temperature probes and other items directly exposed to the temperature source, where a six-month period is offered. This six-month period also applies to a probe that is an integral part of an instrument.

The product warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, misuse, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification. The user must be aware of the proper use of the measurement equipment, including maintenance, calibration and comparison with other instruments.

In line with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to change our product specifications without prior notice.


The packaging is carried out by Gesa Termometres, S.L. The expenses derived from this activity may appear reflected in the invoice. Measuring instruments are fragile items and can be damaged during transport.
It is the responsibility of the Client, whatever the transport chosen, either by Gesa or by him, to verify the external state of the packaging at the time of receipt of the merchandise.
If he detects any defect, dent, etc., he must let the carrier know before signing for receipt. The supporting documents must include photographs that show these problems and they will be sent to us to make the subsequent claim and replacement of the merchandise. The term for sending these documents will be one week from the moment of delivery. For any other type of less noticeable tare, the claim period will be extended up to one month.
