TAXES (VAT and Excise)
Resident in the European Union
Purchases made by VAT taxpayers (Companies, institutions, organizations ...) residing in the European Union and provided with intra communitary Tax number shall be exempt from VAT, being a prerequisite to send the proving documentation via email to info@termometros.com.
Residing in extracommunitary countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in extra communitary countries are exempt from VAT.
For this system of purchase and due to its tax regime, they are considered as extra communitary areas the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The prices quoted for delivery do not include handling taxes (tariffs) on imports, which must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods.
The purchasing system is subject to the laws in force in Spain, so the sales transactions are deemed to be made at the home of Gesa Termometros, S.L. Pol. Ind. Igeltzera, Hall D3 48610 Urduliz (Spain)

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance in origin.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges on arrival and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; the recipient will have to pay in order to receive the goods.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated in the office of destination, even if he does not take care of the goods.
Efforts will be placed into sending the order as soon as possible, but the recipient must take into account the import provisions of the destination country for the items requested because Gesa has no responsibility over them. Also effects produced by strikes, war or any circumstance beyond GESA'S conreol will not be attributable.
Gesa will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any element contained in a shipment.

DISCOUNTS

Customers interested in distributing instruments Gesa, will apply discounts depending on the volume of purchase.
