This Stainless steel fast response needle probe incorporates a heavy duty ribbed handle. It is suitable for general purpose applications including liquids and soft semi-solids materials including fruit, fish and other soft or delicate materials. Response time is less than one second.

With a measuring range going from -40 to 150ºC and a 1m long lead, this NTC probe is a strong and versatile instrument which thanks to its Lumberg connector can be combined with our Therma 22 or Therma 22 Plus digital thermometers.
