This polypropylene, food simulant probe is designed for use in food storage and refrigeration. The probe simulates the temperature of food in chill cabinets and similar appliances.

With a measuring range going from 0 to 100ºC and a 1m long PVC/PUR lead, this NTC probe is a strong and versatile instrument which thanks to its Lumberg connector can be combined with our Therma 22 or Therma 22 Plus digital thermometers.
