How to buy


Below we present you detailed info on our purchasing process.
The purchase could be split into two important processes, “product configuration” and “buying process”.

Product configuration:

  1. Select a category in the left menu in the main page. Ex “temperature”
  2. Search your desired article and click “configure product” for selecting the product’s features (some articles are not to be configured, so the next step does not apply)
  3. In this page we will need to select one feature for each given field, incompatible features will be described in a message. Once solved the incompatibility, purchasing process can continue..
  4. Once the configuration is finished we click on “add to cart”

Shopping cart process, (Once the prodcut is added to the shopping cart):

  1. 1. The added products can be edited, duplicated or eliminated fom the cart. The destination will determine the delivery cost and time as well as the tax rate. At this point the user can “ask for a quotation” or proceed to the next steps and buy online pressing “continue”.
  2. The next step “delivery” will ask for your delivery address. You could also select one of the previously saved ones. Fill the data and press “next”
  3. This step “billing” asks for your billing information, and taxpayer ID, press “next” when fulfilled.
  4. This step allows you to select your desired payment method, select one and press “next” , (note that you will not be redirected to the selected payment platform until the finalization of the order)
  5. This is the las step of the shopping cart, here you will see a summary of the order (Prices and delivery time), you can acces a proforma invoice by clicking the blue button. To Finalize the order press “submit order” you will be asked to agree with general terms and conditions. Next you will be redirected to the payment platform selected in the previous step.

  7. After the payment is done you will be redirected back to our page where you will be asked to fulfill an evaluation form. Also you can click on the “recordarme” button in the pop up to receive a mail reminding you to rate the shopping experience once the order has been received. You can acces your order information by clicking on “view your current order status”


The delivery time will be confirmed via email after placing the order. The time limits to shipments of merchandise In Stock are 24 hours for Spanish shipments and 3 to 5 working days for international shipments. These limits may vary subject to our production line. Delivery days are working days except Saturdays.


Payment conditions vary with each client. In general:

-for first operations we will accept payment by advanced transfer.

-for further operations depending on volume and frequency other alternatives will be taken into consideration.


All GESA Termómetros, S.L. manufactured instruments carry a two-year guarantee against defects in either components or workmanship. During this period, products that prove to be defective will be either repaired or replaced without charge.

Instruments that have not been manufactured by GESA Termómetros, S.L. will be subject to a warranty period of twelve months. Such warranties do not apply to probes, where a six-month period is offered. This six-month period also applies to a probe where it is an integral part of an instrument.

The product guarantee does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification. The user should make themselves aware of the proper use of measurement equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and comparison with other instruments.

The packaging is done by Gesa termometros , S.L. The costs of this activity may appear reflected in the bill. Measuring instruments are fragile and can be damaged during transit.
It is your responsibility regardless of transport to check the exterior of the package at the time of receipt of the goods.

The client compromises to check the shipment on arrival and sufficiently document any evident flaw that he may find. The client must present its reclamation and the probative documents in the course of the week subsequent to the delivery. For less evident flaw the reclamation period extends to a month.


In GESA Termometros, S.L. we are concerned about providing the best possible service, thus we compromise to deliver the goods in the agreed time and inform of any anomaly that should occur.

Our society is secured by a policy of product liability, in any amount, including disasters. However, Directive 85/374 / EEC on the liability for damages caused by defective products, as amended by Directive 1999/34 / EC of 10 May 1999 states that "Responsibility" will be taken to the guilty party of negligence. In turn, it is up to the reseller agent's responsibility to ensure that the customer knows how to use the product, providing the technical and commercial catalog in use at the time of sale. the user will be liable for any damages if, even knowing the instructions for proper use of the product, does not respect them considering them - out of conviction or superficiality- superfluous. The law provides then that each party must bear its responsibility, being suitable for all to work to prevent all kinds of accident. The rights that the warranty gives the user are valid only if all instructions specified by Gesa Termometros, S.L. are respected. Failure to comply with these instructions may compromise the reliability of the product and result in loss of warranty claims


According to returns laws applicable to Spain, Customer is granted the right of return within seven days after receipt of the order, assuming the Customer the amount of the return postage.
Only accept returns of products that meet the following criteria:

- It must return the order with all its products, with its original packaging, with all accessories and in mint condition.

- Not accepted returns of products that do not come in original packaging unless they are faulty for some kind of damage during shipping or just send wrong product (sorry in advance). Only in this case, we will bear the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.

The procedure for returning a product starts with an e-mail to or our Contact page with order details, your ID, reason for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the if defective. In this e-mail we will respond as soon as we can.


We note that as set out in the Retail Management Act 7/1996 Title III Chapter II Article 45, many of the items for sale on our website are manufactured according to customer specifications; so the right of withdrawal does not apply in these articles.

For example configured items with calibration certificate shall be deemed not to be returned because of the personalized nature of the certificate. On the other hand products configures without certification or any form of customization may be returned normally in accordance with the Act
